1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chim 'N' Churri's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Our services are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. This includes not attempting to access the services using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through our approved payment methods.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Chim 'N' Churri and is protected by international copyright laws.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made with less than 16 hours' notice are normally non-refundable, as steaks are pre-prepared and short notice cancellations may result in the reserved cut being unsold. In certain circumstances, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice are fully non-refundable. Only in very serious and exceptional circumstances may this be reviewed at our discretion.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows, and once preparation for an order has begun, refunds cannot be offered.

You can make changes to your order if needed, but please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Changes may not always be available, so we appreciate your understanding.

If you experience any issues with your order:
• Preferred contact: Send a direct message on Instagram or TikTok @chimnchurri with your full name, the email used for the order, and details of your query.
• Alternative contact: If you cannot reach us on social media, send a text message to 07451 221187 with the same details.

6. Collection & Timing

Collection orders must be picked up within the time slot selected during checkout. We aim to have your order ready on time, but slight delays may occasionally occur during peak hours. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be disposed of at our discretion without a refund.

7. Order Changes

Any modifications to your order must be requested before the order enters preparation. Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to accommodate changes. Please double-check your order before confirming at checkout.

8. Nature of the Business

DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR BUSINESS AND THE HIGH COST OF STEAK PRODUCTS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ABSORB LOSSES RESULTING FROM LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, UNPAID ORDERS, OR FOOD WASTE. THESE POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT THE BUSINESS AND ENSURE FAIRNESS TO ALL CUSTOMERS

9. Allergen & Dietary Notice

Our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, sesame, and shellfish. All food is prepared in a shared kitchen, and cross-contamination is possible. We cannot cater to specific allergens or dietary requirements, so if you have any food allergies or intolerances, you must order with caution. Chim ‘N’ Churri cannot guarantee that any item is free from allergens and accepts no legal responsibility for allergic reactions.

10. Are We Halal?

Absolutely. Everything we sell—including our premium meat, is 100% halal and fully certified.
